TOMS FARMS - You coming???

You know you want to come hang out with your OH friends at TOMS FARMS November 15th!

You and yours are cordially invited to spend an autumn day at Tom's Farms in Corona (link below) on Saturday, November 15th from 9am to 3pm for a good old unofficial OH get together!

we will have our November meeting at 10am at TOMS!

So, a couple of requests...

There will be a clothing exchange so I will need volunteers to set up, tear down and take the leftovers to donate to charities.
Please post here, or on your e-vite reply, if you can donate some time for this.

I will also need some folks to help with set up, manning the Welcome Booth and tearing it down. I have a few folks lined up but do need more so we can spell each other.

We could use several easy ups. I have two tables for the Welcome Booth and chairs so that should be covered. But more folding tables for the clothing exchange will be appreciated!!!

The terms are the same. Usually TOMS FARMS requires a catered meal for a gathering BUT since we are a WLS group they are waiving that on the condition that our folks will purchase our food and drink at the various restaurants and stores there. All of us who have been involved with the TOMS events know it's a good deal and thank TOMS for waiving this requirement.
So, bottom line, you can't bring and food or drinks with you.

Also NO ALCOHOL!!!

This is such a family friendly event and place I hope you all bring your kids, spouses, family and friends. You will all have a good time!

 I am so bummed! My girls have an event for cheerleading that whole day. I can probably come for an hour or so at 9. So NOBODY BE LATE!!! LOL.

I plan on being there, it's a month after surgery and I should be off of some of those pain killers by then!  I will be bringing my driver with me too, you know the cute guy with the grey hair!!!
